This item is a small 9ct gold ring with three unidentified stones held in a vintage wood and leather ring case which may or may not be its original case. The hall mark inside the ring (which we have tried to photograph) reads as follows:

NBs 9.375 Anchor X

From research into this we have ascertained that the ring was created by Nathan Brothers, is 9ct gold was assayed in Birmingham and hallmarked in 1897

Unfortunately we don't know the ring size. The ring decoration is a little worn and the band is rather thin. The case (possibly not original) is a little grubby and scuffed but holds the ring securely however its base has cracked and opens like a flap
