This very ornately designed silver plated bread fork measures approx. 6" in height and 2" in width at its widest point. There is a clear silverplate mark for the maker Harrison Fisher who was a maker based in Sheffield. The mark reads H F (Star) S which leads us to believe it was created between 1897 and 1899 as Harrison Fisher became Harrison Fisher & Co in 1900 and their mark changed to show this. The fork is in very good condition with only a little wear and some metal surface abrasions in places.
